How do we book you?

Please get in touch using contact form with some info about your wedding and to see if I am available. It would also be great to meet face to face to discuss things in more detail and to make sure we are right match for each other. Deposit of £100 and signed contract will secure your date.

Can we print photos ourselves?

As much as you like. All photos are delivered in high resolution and with unlimited rights to print.

What if you accidentally drop your camera?

It never happened to me but accidents do happen. I carry 4 cameras and mix of prime and zoom lenses to every wedding, so I am well covered.

How and when will we get our photos?

I post a small preview (around 10 photos) 2-3 days after wedding. Full online gallery as well as USB will be ready within 4 weeks.

Do you do any formal group shots?

Yes, I am happy to do a few group shots if requested. Even if I was getting married I would probably want a few.

How many photos is enough?

Well, how long a movie should last? would it make sense to make 1,5 hour movie to last 3 hours just for the sake of it? I dont believe in numbers, I shoot to tell the story and every wedding is unique. I prefer to try to make photos a bit more complex, try to create layers of information rather then just making loads of tight head shots and loads of similar photos. On average I deliver anywhere between 250-350 photos from a wedding.

How much is deposit?

Deposit is £100, payable upon signing written contract.

Are you insured?

Yes, of course. I have professional indemnity and public liability insurance. All my equipment is also covered against accidental damage and mechanical breakdown.

Do you work alone?

Yes, I prefer to work alone.

Do you do couples portraits?

I can do, its entirely up to you how much time or if any at all you would like to spend on portraits. I will never drag you away from your guests to get some. To see some portrait samples check this gallery.

How do you behave during ceremony?

I always talk to vicars/registrars before ceremony to explain the way I work and to negotiate where I can and cannot be. I have never had complaints as I dont run around, use flash or make noise.

Do you always photograph bridal preparation?

No, its entirely up to bride to decide. Some brides prefer not to have photographer for preparation what is fine with me.

How many photos do you usually convert to B&W?

I would say on average 30 - 40% in B&W but it can be discussed, if you would like more or even all in B&W.

Do you offer pre wedding/engagement shoot?

Yes I do. I think that its a great way to get to know each other and you might be quite surprised by my relaxed approach. To find out more please look here.

Do you keep any backup of our photos?

Of course, online gallery stays online indefinitely plus I keep backup of all original files in several places, just in case.

What time do you normally start?

Its entirely up to couple to decide, I can start as early or as late as needed.

How many hours can you stay?

Depending on how many hours you need me for, I can stay up to 12 hours.

Do you offer discounts?

I sometimes offer discounts for small, midweek or low season weddings. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

Do you use flash?

Never during the day. I sometimes use it when photographing dancing, either to create artistic effects or to reduce impact of DJ’s lights, to avoid getting weird coloured skin tones.
